Qualifications

• Experience writing estimates for an auto body shop or insurance company (required).
• CCC estimating software experience (preferred).
• Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes and parts.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, team-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Write accurate and detailed estimates for vehicle repairs.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with technicians to assess vehicle damage and determine repair needs.
• Review damage reports, prepare cost and labor estimates, and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and organization in all estimates.
• Support the team with workflow coordination and quality assurance.
