Qualifikationen

• Experience as an auto body/body shop/collision repair estimator.
• Full knowledge of estimating systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and work habits.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Aufgaben

• Write accurate damage appraisals using company guidelines for pricing and quality.
• Perform follow-up contact with customers by phone and email.
• Monitor vehicle repair progress to ensure quality standards are met.
• Provide status information and deliver the vehicle to the customer.
