Responsibilities

• Write accurate damage appraisals using company guidelines.
• Follow up with customers by phone or email regarding estimates.
• Monitor vehicle progress to ensure high-quality repair standards.
• Provide status updates and present the vehicle to the customer.
• Coordinate with shop and customers to fulfill requirements.
