Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in San Diego, CA seeks an Estimator to create accurate vehicle damage appraisals, coordinate repairs, and communicate with customers and insurers. You will help drive customer satisfaction and team KPIs in a fast-paced collision repair environment.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP processes, and I-CAR training readiness, with a valid driver’s license and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an estimator/DRP role or аналогous experience preferred.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
