Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator in Honolulu to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document communications, guide customers through the repair process, and ensure alignment with team KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, at least 1 year of experience, a high school diploma, a valid license, and basic computer skills. I-CAR training and DRP compliance are part of the journey.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support all team members when required.
• Attend Health & Safety meetings and trainings as required.

The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
