Job summary

North Country Auto Body & Mechanical in Hugo, MN is seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our customer-focused collision repair team. You will prepare accurate estimates using CCC ONE, review damage, and coordinate with insurance Companies, customers and technicians.

This full-time, Monday–Friday position offers a 55k to 80k DOE starting salary, benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), paid holidays and PTO, with no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of auto body estimating experience.
• I-CAR Certification preferred but not required.
• Proficient with CCC ONE estimating platform.
• DRP experience.
• Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and insurance estimating.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely collision repair estimates using CCC ONE.
• Communicate with insurance companies, customers, and technicians throughout the repair process.
• Review vehicle damage and develop comprehensive repair plans.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding repair progress.
• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer and insurance standards.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from estimate to vehicle delivery.
