What You’ll Do (and Do Best):

• Write accurate, efficient estimates that earn trust and win business.
• Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and insurance reps.
• Oversee repair planning, parts coordination, and workflow management.
• Identify opportunities for shop improvement and bring ideas to the table.
• Be the face of the shop—friendly, reliable, and relentlessly professional.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has experience as an estimator (preferably with CCC One or similar software)
• Understands how to balance speed with accuracy.
• Takes ownership of the customer experience.
• Brings energy, positivity, and collaboration to the team.
