Responsibilities

• Estimate auto body repairs using CCC ONE and standard shop tools.
• Assist customers through the insurance claims process and provide clear explanations of estimates.
• Collaborate with appraisers, technicians, and management to ensure accurate cost projections.
• Prepare detailed, itemized repair estimates with justifications for parts and labor.
