Qualifications

• At least one year of auto body repair experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED; auto body vo-tech certification preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Ability to read and understand basic instructions, estimates, and work orders.
• Multitasking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble vehicles per processes and inspect for internal structure and parts.
• Document damage and required parts on a damage report.
• Assist estimators to prepare a 100% repair plan after disassembly.
• Reassemble vehicle and finalize moldings and detailing.
• Notify production manager of supplements based on new damage.
• Follow safety guidelines during all tasks.
