Disassembles damaged vehicles and identifies additional related damage not written on estimate. Assembles vehicles restoring them to pre-accident condition in accordance to industry and factory specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicles and plans tear down process
• Disassembles damaged vehicle and identifies additional repairs needed and reports to estimator immediately
• Assist structural technicians as needed
• Assembles damaged vehicle to manufacturer specifications and verifies repair
• Communicates with production manager on status updates and monitors cycle times
• Follow all job related safety and health procedures
• Perform other job related duties as directed by supervisors
