Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre is seeking a Full Time Automotive Biller to join our team. The ideal candidate has automotive dealership billing experience and can handle the fast-paced environment. Weekend availability every other Saturday is required.

Qualifications

• Automotive billing experience is required; Tekion is a plus.
• Ability to provide quality customer service and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of DMV regulations and dealership policies is preferred.
• Willingness to take initiative and maintain detailed records.
• Quality writing and grammar skills; solid computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Billing new and used car deliveries.
• Overseeing the processing of all dealership state paperwork and submission on time.
• Breaking down deals and package funding contracts.
• Posting deals.
• Maintain titles and MSO’s for new and used inventory.
• Prepare title work for sold vehicles.
• Enter used vehicle purchases into inventory.

Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre is currently looking for an experienced Full Time Automotive Biller to join our motivated team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of automotive dealership experience. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills. Schedule Requirement: This position requires Weekend availability to work every other Saturday. This is a mandatory requirement of the role.
