Job summary

Radco is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager in Mandan, ND to work alongside the Store Manager and lead a dynamic team in the automotive accessories space.

You will coach sales and installation specialists, drive guest satisfaction, and help hire, train, and schedule the team while maintaining a positive, fast-paced store environment. This role offers growth opportunities and competitive pay with a solid benefits package.

Qualifications

• Passion for automotive industry
• Previous automotive experience is a plus but not required
• Strong leadership and coaching skills

Responsibilities

• Lead our Team Members in selling and installing accessories to Guests that want to customize their rides
• Achieve sales goals and drive results with sales
• Ensure professional installations are done right the first time
• Consistently create excellent experiences in the store for our Guests so they become buyers and repeat Guests
• Build strong relationships with commercial and fleet accounts
• Assist the Store Manager with hiring, training, and development of sales and installation Team Members
• Assist with Store work schedules and Team Member related matters
• Create an upbeat, energetic, and professional environment for our Team and our Guests
