Lebanon School District in Pennsylvania is seeking a paraprofessional to support teachers and engage students in a lively, hands-on classroom. You’ll encourage learning, help students feel seen, and contribute to a safe, inclusive environment where every child can grow. Strong English reading and speaking skills are essential, along with meeting state clearance requirements.

No two days are the same, but you’ll be a valued part of a collaborative team within a welcoming Cedar community.

Qualificações

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have an associate degree, 48 college credits or pass a PA Dept of Education approved test.
• Background clearances required: Act 151, Act 34, Act 24, and IdentoGO FBI clearance.
• Experience with children preferred, but not required.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.

As a paraprofessional, you’ll encourage young learners, support teachers, and help students feel seen and capable—whether you’re guiding them through a lesson or just offering a smile when they need it. You’ll bring patience, kindness, and a steady presence to every day.

Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have an associate degree, 48 college credits or successfully pass a rigorous test approved by the PA Dept of Education
• The following background clearances are required: Act 151, Act 34, Act 24, and IdentoGO FBI clearance
• Experience working with children preferred, but not required
• Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently

Work environment:

The work environment is lively and hands-on. You’ll spend your day in classrooms and hallways always moving and interacting with students and staff.
