Lebanon School District is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to support a student in and around classrooms, hallways, and common areas. You’ll help with daily tasks and comfort, ensuring safety and focus during learning activities.
The role emphasizes respect, confidentiality, and professionalism, with interaction across teachers, staff, and families. Clearances and training in First Aid/CPR are required, with flexibility and patience a must.
As a Personal Care Assistant, you’ll do work that matters and sometimes in ways nobody else sees, but your student will never forget. You’ll be right there to help them stay focused in class, cheering them on as they tackle assignments and master new skills. When life’s basics get tough—like eating, dressing, or just feeling comfortable in their own skin—you’ll be the steady, respectful support that helps them through.
The work environment is active and people-focused. You’ll move throughout the school with your student, helping them in classrooms, hallways, and common areas. Each day brings new situations, so flexibility and patience are important. You’ll interact with teachers, staff, and sometimes families, always working to create a safe, supportive space for your student.
Join a community where innovation meets education, and where every day brings new opportunities to inspire young minds.
