Job summary

ICM is seeking a Line Therapist to work directly with children who have autism in the clients' homes in Danville, AR. You will implement evidence-based strategies per each Individual Treatment Plan (ITP) and record progress and data accordingly.

You will follow a student-centered rotation including activities like arts and crafts, cooperative play, and socialization, with weekend availability on Saturdays and Sundays, and a flexible schedule to support family goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working directly with children or children with autism.
• Must be comfortable working with children.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based intervention strategies as outlined by the client’s ITP.
• Record data according to the ITP.
• Report issues to the supervisor and progress to the Interventionist.
