Action Behavior Centers in Southlake, TX is hiring for a Full-Time position supporting children with autism through play-based ABA therapy. The role emphasizes day shifts, with no nights and optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

No prior experience is required; we provide paid training and will fully cover your RBT certification. A Bachelor's Degree is required for consideration and proof of degree must be provided during the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and must be verifiable.
• Experience in childcare or health sciences is a plus but not required.
• No experience necessary; paid training provided and RBT certification fully covered.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Assist with activities to promote communication, social, and independent skills.
• Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on child development.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work via provided video link.
