Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Child Autism Therapist in Rockwall, TX. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and offers paid training plus RBT certification coverage. Expect full-time daytime hours Monday–Friday with potential Saturdays based on patient needs.

You will implement personalized treatment plans, help children develop communication and social skills, and maintain a safe, organized therapy space while collaborating with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree coursework or degree is required.
• Experience in caregiving, childcare, or behavioral support is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
