Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Child Autism Therapist with a Bachelor’s Degree to work in Midlothian, TX. You will follow personalized treatment plans, help children learn through play, and stay actively engaged during sessions. Paid training and RBT certification are provided.

Role offers full-time hours with a daytime schedule, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team dedicated to helping kids improve communication, social, and independent skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Must provide proof of degree (diploma or official transcript).
• RBT certification will be paid after hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work.
