Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Child Autism Therapist (Bachelor's Degree Required) to implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and proof of degree provided during hiring.
• Paid training and fully covered RBT certification.
• Experience in childcare or related roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
