Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in El Paso, TX is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help kids develop communication and social skills in a supportive team setting.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree; paid training is provided and the RBT certification is fully covered. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• No experience necessary; Paid training provided and RBT certification fully covered.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment and stay engaged during sessions.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
