Action Behavior Centers in Watauga, TX is hiring compassionate staff to work with children with autism, providing ABA therapy to build communication, social, and independent skills. You'll work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays, fully paid training, and RBT certification covered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required as part of the role.
• At least 18 years old and able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Paid RBT certification provided upon hire.

• Work one-on-one with children using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, and games.
• Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment.
