Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism in Fort Worth, TX seeks compassionate individuals to help children with autism build communication, social, and independent skills. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays. Training is provided and RBT certification is fully covered.

Requires a Bachelor's Degree; no prior experience needed. Paid training, full-time hours, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
