Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician to work with children with autism in Grapevine, TX. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays. A Bachelor’s Degree is required and paid RBT certification is provided.

No experience is necessary to start; training is paid, and education verification is required during the hiring process. You’ll be part of a team helping kids develop communication, social, and independent skills through play-based ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and must provide proof of degree.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Active, flexible pace when working with children.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Observe and document progress during therapy sessions.
