Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking part-time ABA professionals to provide one-on-one services to children with Autism in homes or community settings. No experience required; full training provided, with opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling to fit student life or other commitments.

You will join a supportive clinical team and help implement skill-building plans, record progress, and collaborate with families to improve treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as a member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
