Hopebridge in Merrillville, IN is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and work under BCBA supervision.

You will implement behavior plans in center settings, monitor progress, and document daily notes. The role offers on‑the‑job training, paid RBT certification, a Monday–Friday schedule, and competitive pay with benefits and growth opportunities.
