Job summary

Hopebridge in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician to support children with Autism. You’ll work under BCBA supervision to implement therapy plans and monitor progress.

This full-time role offers paid RBT certification on the job, a professional development stipend, PTO, 401K with match, health benefits, and a Monday–Friday schedule. Relocation opportunities may be available to fit career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
• Work with children by creating an environment that champions continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
• Celebrate victories and help kids and families celebrate milestones.

$16.80 - $20.00 / hour based on experience and completion of RBT certification
