Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking an entry-level Child Autism Support Professional to provide one-on-one ABA services in Adel, IA, supporting children with autism and helping them achieve individual goals.

You will join a clinical team with opportunities for mentorship and advancement, with part-time shifts and a commitment to professional growth. Training is provided to successful candidates about our behavior intervention plans and family collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
