Job summary

Hopebridge in Lafayette, IN is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in a clinical setting.

You'll work Monday through Friday, earning $16.80–$20.00 per hour with paid RBT certification and a PTO plan. Hopebridge offers a 75$ annual dev stipend, health/vision/dental coverage, 401K with company match, relocation potential, and regular in-center celebrations as part of a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition and functional communication.
• Learn from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials for consistent implementation and outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the intervention plan.
• Work with children to develop communication, social, and school readiness skills.
• Celebrate milestones with children and families.
