Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

All positions start part-time with flexible schedules and paid training. We offer Same Day Pay to access earned wages immediately and a supportive clinical team dedicated to helping children with autism achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion in challenging situations.
• Ability to stay calm and supportive with clients and families.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a core member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
