Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring for roles that help children build communication, social, and life skills through play and evidence-based strategies. Staff work in homes, centers, or community settings with a flexible schedule and paid training.

Experience isn’t required, as we provide comprehensive onboarding and ongoing support. Starting pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, with experience-based progression.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Reliable transportation and ability to sit/stand and keep pace with client.

Responsibilities

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
• Bring energy and compassion to sessions at homes, centers, or in the community.
• Follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders and celebrate small wins that lead to growth.
• Thrive in a flexible, on-the-go role where no two days look the same.
• You don’t need prior experience — training and support will be provided.
