Job summary

Hopebridge in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking an Entry-Level Autism Support Specialist Technician to help children develop communication and school readiness through therapy guided by BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
• Support children by promoting continued skill development in communication, social interaction, and school readiness.
• Celebrate milestones with children and families, fostering a positive and motivating learning environment.
