Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver's license and approved Melmark driver status.
• Minimum age of eighteen.
• Prefer at least one (1) year experience with specialized populations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Level of Supervision for assigned individual(s) at all times.
• Attend to individual’s hygiene, grooming, and dressing needs.
• Implement procedures as written in each individual’s Behavior Support Plan.
• Accurately collect data on targeted behaviors.
• Respond appropriately during crisis situations.
• Maintain functional engagement with individuals at all times.
