Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking an entry-level Child Autism Support Professional to provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in Indianola, IA. You will implement skill-building plans as part of our clinical team and record session data using electronic devices, contributing to positive behavioral outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification, a high school diploma, and demonstrate patience, compassion, and a strong desire to help children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
