Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a part-time Blue Springs Autism Support Coach (Registered Behavior Technician) to join our ABA team serving children with Autism in their homes or community settings.

As an RBT, you will deliver one-on-one ABA services, implement skill-building and care plans, record data on electronic devices, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to support progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients using evidence‑based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill‑building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and in collaboration with families.
