Heartland ABA is seeking a Paxton Autism Support Coach (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, helping children develop independence and positive behaviors within a collaborative clinical team.

Positions start part-time with paid training and flexible scheduling. RBT certification is required before starting, with opportunities for advancement through BCBA schooling partnerships and related programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification must be obtained before commencing work.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with autism are essential.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA services to clients, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Directly implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and maintain strong connections with families.
