Heartland ABA in Keystone, NE is seeking a Paxton Autism Support Coach (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, supporting independence and behavior goals as part of a collaborative clinical team.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, same-day pay, paid training, and pathways for advancement through BCBA programs; RBT certification is required and commitment of 6 months is desired.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, implementing interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Directly implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
