Heartland Behavior seeks compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, delivering evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. You will work with a clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.

No prior ABA experience is required, as paid training is provided. Positions start part-time with opportunities for afternoon or evening hours, offering flexibility and entry into the psychology field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, promoting independence and positive behavior.
• Be an integral part of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment and engage families.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to improve treatment effectiveness.
