Job summary

Heartland ABA in Leavenworth, KS is hiring part-time ABA technicians to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes and community locations. No prior ABA experience is required as comprehensive training is provided; you’ll work afternoon or evening hours and have access to same-day pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Completion of the RBT course prior to or during employment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team for skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
