Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team for home and community-based ABA services, offering part-time positions with flexible hours and Same Day Pay to access earned wages immediately after clocking in.

As an RBT, you will deliver one-on-one ABA support, record data, and collaborate with a clinical team to help clients reach meaningful goals; paid training is provided and there are opportunities for advancement within our growing ABA program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
