Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking experienced professionals to support K-12 students with Autism within a 35-mile radius of Medford, OR. Roles include Masters-level Special Education Teachers, School Psychologists, SLPs with TSPC licensure, or BCBAs with targeted autism training.

Positions are full-time and onsite, with opportunities across Ashland, Eagle Point, and Grants Pass. Applicants should have Oregon licensure and relevant certifications, plus a track record in diverse educational settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience working with students on the Autism spectrum across multiple age and grade levels.
• Demonstrated skill supporting students across the full continuum of need in general ed and self-contained settings.
• Experience conducting Autism evaluations and assessments.
• Valid Oregon licensure and relevant certification.
• For BCBA applicants: Autism expertise with 3+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consultative and direct support to K-12 students with Autism, collaborating with school staff and families
• Conduct assessments and assist in developing and monitoring IEPs and behavior intervention plans
• Provide expertise and training on evidence-based practices for Autism to school teams
• Stay current with best practices and legal requirements in special education and autism intervention
