Job summary

Springfield Public Schools seeks a qualified Behavior Analyst to support students with ASD across K-12 in a collaboration-focused environment. You will help develop IEPs, conduct assessments, and train staff and families.

Applicants should hold a BA in a related field; a Master's is preferred. BCBA or DESE licensure is preferred or may be considered. Experience in K-12 and evidence-based ASD practices are highly valued.

Qualifications

  • BCBA credential or DESE license in Severe/Moderate Disabilities preferred or considered.

  • Experience in a K-12 educational environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in best practices in educating children with ASD.
