Saginaw County Community Mental Health Authority (SCCMHA) seeks a dedicated Autism Services Coordinator to work with children and youths up to age 21. You will develop and monitor individualized plans, coordinate behavioral health interventions, and help families access community supports.

Under supervision from the Autism Services Mental Health Supervisor, you will document progress, participate in planning meetings, and ensure services meet Medicaid and state standards while promoting recovery

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field required.
• Experience with developmental disabilities or autism strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of person-centered planning and recovery-oriented practices.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and monitor individual service plans for children 0-21 with autism.
• Coordinate with clinical staff and BHT providers to ensure quality interventions.
• Prepare assessments, progress notes, and service plans; maintain documentation.
• Facilitate planning meetings and connect families to community resources.
• Ensure compliance with program standards and reporting requirements.
