Qualifications

• Must pass company background and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement activities promoting personal choice and community inclusion.
• Ensure activities enhance individual’s Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s).
• Provide personal care and assistance consistent with individuals' needs.
