Job summary

Exhava Home Care is seeking experienced professionals (RBT/BCaBA/BCBA, Special Education, OT or SLP) to join our Autism Independence Program. You will work directly in homes and community settings to help autistic teens and young adults apply therapy skills to real-world independence.

Responsibilities include supporting daily living skills, communication, self-regulation, and navigating challenging behaviors while collaborating with families and leadership to tailor interventions.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working with autistic teens or adults.
  • Experience supporting moderate to high-support needs.
  • Experience managing aggression, severe emotional dysregulation, sensory overload, or challenging behaviors.
  • Crisis intervention training (CPI, PCM, QBS, Pro-ACT, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
