Job summary

Boston Children's Hospital in Brookline seeks a full-time social worker for the Autism Spectrum Center to deliver clinical psychosocial services to children and families. You will assess psychosocial needs, support families with complex situations, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to support care plans and IEP processes.

MA licensure is required (LCSW in MA preferred). A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work (MSW) required.
• Experience in fast-paced multidisciplinary team environments preferred.
• LCSW in MA required; LICSW in MA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services to support patients and families with medical, psychosocial, and environmental challenges.
• Perform psychosocial assessments and develop and implement interventions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with health care teams and community agencies to plan and follow up on services.
• Assess capacity and decision-making related to guardianship.
