Job summary

Hopebridge in Marion, IN is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children on the autism spectrum with compassionate, outcomes‑driven therapy. You will learn from BCBA clinicians and contribute to skill acquisition, communication, and school readiness in a supportive, clinical setting.

The position offers Monday–Friday hours with a flat hourly rate, paid training on the job, and robust benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k)

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children
• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan
• Work with children by creating an environment that champions continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness
• Celebrate victories (both big and small!), help kids and families celebrate milestones, and get more high fives than you’ve ever thought possible
