Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and active Pennsylvania Special Education certification (Instructional I or II).
• 5-7 years of special education experience.
• 3+ years experience with children with autism.
• Experience developing, leading, and monitoring IEPs with measurable goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement effective instruction for assigned students.
• Establish a supportive learning environment and assess student progress.
• Develop and monitor IEPs with measurable goals across domains.
• Collaborate with Day Academy and STAIRS staff to support students.
• Maintain attendance and required documentation in a timely manner.
