Job summary

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated Illinois SPED Teacher for a full-time, self-contained autism-focused classroom in Cicero. The position offers a traditional school day (8:30 AM–3:40 PM) with a ~10-student caseload and opportunities to tailor instruction to IEP goals.

Ideal candidates hold an active Illinois Professional Educator License with the Special Education endorsement, a bachelor’s degree in Special Education, and experience supporting students with autism and diverse

Qualifications

Active Illinois PEL with the Special Education endorsement.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or related field.
Experience with autism, significant support needs, or self-contained classrooms.
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized instruction aligned with student IEPs in a self-contained setting.
Support academic, behavioral, communication, and functional development.
Monitor progress, document outcomes, and collaborate with families and related service providers.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to planning.
