The role includes in-home visits, assessments, and collaboration with the Autism Clinic team to support families and promote program effectiveness. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, experience with autism, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, social work or related field.
• Experience working with autism spectrum disorder.
• Advanced computer skills to generate reports and analyze data.
• RBT Certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Make initial contact with new referrals for Autism Home Visitation Services.
• Conduct home visits with families to provide support, assessments, and resource guidance.
• Collaborate with the Autism Clinic and Autism Home Visitation team members to support families.
• Develop and maintain a database of family recommendations and assist families with accessing community resources.
• Assisting families with applying for Alabama DMH Autism Services.
• Represent Goodwill through involvement in community activities.
