Sankofa Behavioral Health is seeking part-time ABA therapists to deliver direct behavioral therapy in Baltimore communities, with evening shifts (3:30-6:30 PM or 5-7:30 PM). The role requires, at minimum, a high school diploma and reliable transportation to client homes and our center in Baltimore County.
Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans with BCBA/BCaBA collaboration, data collection, daily notes, and family coaching.

We not only uplift the children and teens we serve through ABA, but also empower the parents and siblings of our disabled and/or neurodivergent clients, with the common goal of enhancing the quality of life for the entire household through mental health services, parent guidance, advocacy tools, and group sessions. We currently service Baltimore County, Baltimore City, and Howard County. We are looking to bring on talented and passionate team members to work in theBaltimore County, Baltimore City, PG County, Montgomery County, and Howard County areas. Team members will occasionally be expected to provide services in our center located in Windsor Mill as well.
